Roles and Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end plant operations production, quality, maintenance, utilities and stores.

- Plan and deliver monthly production against despatch commitments, with ownership of output, yield and cost per unit.

- Build and run the quality system incoming inspection, in-process controls, final testing and customer complaint resolution.

- Define and document SOPs, work instructions and process parameters across every station on the line.

- Establish preventive and breakdown maintenance regimes for plant, machinery, tooling and utilities, and manage machine uptime.

- Drive OEE, line balancing and continuous improvement through lean, 5S and kaizen practices.

- Lead equipment installation, commissioning and line qualification,



working with equipment suppliers and technical consultants.

- Build and train the shopfloor team operators, technicians, engineers and supervisors including skill matrices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10+ years in manufacturing, with at least 5 years leading a plant or a full production function.

- Background in lithium-ion battery or battery pack manufacturing.

- Strong technical command of assembly line processes, quality systems and plant maintenance.

- Proven record of building teams, writing SOPs and taking a line from installation to secure output.
