- Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the factory.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor production activities to ensure timely production as per requirements.
- Monitor production efficiency, manpower utilisation, wastage and adherence to production SOPs.
- Supervise and coordinate inventory management, including raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
- Ensure physical stock is regularly verified against ERP/system records and investigate variances.
- Oversee billing, dispatch documentation and related factory paperwork.
- Ensure timely and accurate coordination between production, inventory, billing, dispatch and management.
- Manage and supervise security personnel, including attendance, deployment, access control and adherence to security procedures.
- Oversee housekeeping and factory cleanliness, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained across the premises.
- Manage canteen operations, including hygiene, food quality, staff discipline and vendor coordination.
- Monitor factory infrastructure, equipment,



utilities and maintenance requirements and ensure timely escalation/closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, hygiene standards and factory SOPs.
- Manage factory staff, allocate responsibilities and maintain discipline, attendance and productivity.
- Identify operational issues proactively and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers wherever required.
- Maintain proper records, reports and documentation for all functions under the role.
- Conduct regular reviews of production, inventory, manpower, wastage and operational performance and report key issues to management.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the factory in the absence of individual departmental personnel by maintaining proper systems and backups.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
