Job Requirements :

- Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.

- Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes such as improved productivity, reduced turnover rates, etc.
