Role & responsibilities:

- Build, lead, and manage the operations, guest services, technical, and housekeeping teams.

- Plan manpower, conduct training, and implement SOPs.

- Oversee daily operations of rides, attractions, ticketing, crowd management, and housekeeping.

- Coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team to ensure maximum ride uptime.

- Manage annual operating budget, revenue, and cost control.

- Monitor key KPIs such as footfall, revenue per guest, uptime, and operational efficiency.

- Ensure smooth functioning of rides, simulators, AV systems, and other technologies.

- Improve end-to-end guest experience and handle customer feedback/service recovery.

- Ensure safety, fire, electrical, and statutory compliance, including emergency drills.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, authorities, and tourism bodies.

- Prepare operational dashboards, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and wait times.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM in Operations, Hospitality, Tourism, or General Management preferred.





- 10-15+ years overall experience, with 5-7+ years in a senior operations leadership role in theme parks, experiential attractions, large museums/edutainment, integrated resorts, or major spiritual/tourism complexes.

- Proven track record managing technology-heavy, high-footfall experience centres, with strong safety, service, and P&L; performance.

- Pre-opening/ramp-up experience of new attractions is a robust plus.

- Guest-centric mindset with excellent service design sense.

- Solid P&L;, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making skills.

- High safety orientation; comfortable with ride/technical operations and emergency protocols.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to interact with Jain Munis, senior members of the Jain community, government officials, Gunayatan members and frontline staff.

- Cultural and dharmic sensitivity; respect for Jain values and the spiritual nature of Gunayatan.

- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
