Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Operations: Oversee digital marketing campaigns across performance media, SEO, content, and social for regional and global clients.

Client Retention & Growth: Manage key client relationships, drive campaign ROI, and handle pitch strategies for high-value accounts.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of media buyers, copywriters, designers, and web strategists.

P&L; & Performance: Drive revenue targets, manage campaign budgets, and optimize resource allocation for maximum profitability.

Key Requirements

Proven track record in a senior agency leadership or growth management role.





Deep mastery of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO, funnel optimization, and data analytics.

Strog understanding of local market dynamics in Kerala and national/international digital media buying trends.

Excellent communication, team-building, and high-pressure decision-making skills.
