We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Manager DPR with strong experience in highway DPR consultancy projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing DPR activities, leading teams, coordinating surveys and technical studies, ensuring quality deliverables, and completing projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the preparation and implementation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for highway projects.
- Manage survey and data collection, including:
- Topographical Surveys
- Traffic Surveys
- Soil Investigations
- Hydrological Studies
- Conduct traffic analysis and estimation as required for project planning.
- Manage Land Acquisition activities, including preliminary land assessment, detailed land surveys, documentation, acquisition, monitoring, and reporting.
- Plan and allocate project resources effectively and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate project teams to deliver quality technical outputs within deadlines.
- Ensure projects comply with applicable quality standards, regulations, codes, and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement best practices to improve project delivery and technical quality.
- Manage,
develop, train, and mentor team members as required.
- Prepare technical presentations and project reports and participate in client meetings and review discussions.
- Take ownership of team deliverables and ensure high-quality technical output within the stipulated timeline.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed as per schedule.
- Travel to project sites and attend meetings as required.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- M.E./M.Tech in Transportation Engineering or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- 8 - 18 years of relevant experience in DPR projects, preferably with a consultancy organization.
- Strong experience in highway/infrastructure DPR projects.
- Positive English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team management and project coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel is mandatory.
