We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall day-to-day functioning of the organization and ensure that business operations run efficiently and profitably.

The General Manager will be responsible for sales and enquiry management, operational efficiency, team coordination, process improvement, performance monitoring, strategic planning, monitoring financial discipline and execution of management decisions.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people manager and problem solver, with the ability to understand business data, identify gaps, improve systems, and drive teams toward measurable results.

Role & responsibilities

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor and manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
- Supervise and continuously improve team performance, set targets, and ensure accountability.
- Monitor company software, reporting systems and ensure effective usage.
- Identify operational gaps and optimize processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly business reports.
- Monitor transactions and accounts, operational expenses and identify areas where costs can be optimised.




- Develop strategies for increasing sales, improving customer acquisition, reducing operational inefficiencies, and improving profitability.
- Assist management in strategic planning, business development, and decision-making.
- Monitor customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Track business performance, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Ensure management decisions and business strategies are properly executed.
- Possess strong business analytical skills and it's implementation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have an experience in automobile management field of over 10 years.
- Candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must have solid leadership and effective management abilities.
- Strong in sales management, customer relations, team management.
- Candidate is required to have strong financial knowledge and management.
- Technical skills of excel, powerpoint/canva, etc is a requirement.
- Fluent in languages of English and Hindi and good in presentations.
