JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and result-orientated general manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and support the overall growth of our real estate company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, sales, operations, and business development skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee daily business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage sales and operations teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and business targets.
- Monitor project progress, sales performance, and operational activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with management and different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track team performance, prepare regular reports, and provide updates to management.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.




- Support marketing and promotional activities for real estate projects.
- Ensure company policies, processes, and targets are properly followed.
- Take responsibility for overall team performance and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, operations, or business management.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Robust knowledge of real estate sales and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-orientated with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and responsibilities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
