Role Overview -

The General Manager Finance will lead the Corporate and Project Finance function, overseeing funding strategy, financial structuring, project feasibility, cash flow management, MIS, and financial governance. The role will work closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive optimal capital deployment, strengthen project financial performance, manage lender relationships, and support informed investment and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Corporate Finance strategy, covering project funding, financial structuring, feasibility, modelling, investment evaluation, and capital planning.
2. Manage funding and lender relationships, including debt raising, financing arrangements, fund deployment, liquidity management, and overall capital structure.
3. Drive project and corporate financial performance, overseeing budgets, costs, cash flows, profitability, returns, forecasts, and working capital.
4. Provide strategic financial insights and MIS,



supporting capital allocation, investment decisions, business growth, M&A; opportunities, and other corporate finance initiatives.
5. Strengthen financial governance and lead the team, ensuring robust controls, compliance, risk management, process improvement, and development of a high-performing finance function.

Qualifications & Experience

- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance, MIS, and Project Finance, preferably within Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or equivalent systems.
