Role: Software Engineer III

As a Software Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

- Designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions, including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and large language model-enabled applications
- Designing and developing full-stack applications using up-to-date frontend frameworks such as Angular (v14+) or React (v18+) and backend technologies such as .Net, Java, Python, or Node.js
- Translating business and functional requirements into scalable software components, APIs, pipelines, and enterprise integrations
- Applying AI-augmented development practices using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and similar coding assistants to accelerate software delivery across design, coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and documentation
- Using prompt engineering techniques including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting to improve development productivity and solution quality
- Critically evaluating AI-generated code and recommendations for correctness, security, maintainability, performance, and alignment to enterprise engineering standards
- Leading design and implementation decisions for scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack and AI-enabled solutions across the software development lifecycle
- Evaluating emerging models, frameworks, and tools; prototyping solutions; and assessing scalability, robustness, and safety
- Supporting production deployments by monitoring performance, identifying issues, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements and automation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate technical concepts, support delivery tracking, and contribute to knowledge sharing and innovation

offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

Required

- 7-9 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, software engineering, or full-stack application development
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying generative artificial intelligence or artificial intelligence / machine learning solutions from use case definition through production
- Experience building or supporting agentic or autonomous systems
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools in day-to-day software engineering workflows
- Experience applying prompt engineering techniques, including zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting, for software development and problem solving
- Experience building frontend applications using Angular (v14+) or React (v18+) with TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks such as SCSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI
- Experience with state management and frontend build tooling such as NgRx, Redux, Context API, Webpack, Vite, or Angular CLI
- Experience building backend services using Java (11+) with Spring Boot or Spring MVC, Python, or Node.js with Express.js
- Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and implementing security patterns such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security
- Experience with cloud environments, large language model hosting, continuous integration / continuous deployment pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience working with microservices or event-driven architecture and translating functional requirements into technical deliverables across the software development lifecycle
- Experience with relational and NoSQL data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, Hibernate, and JPA
- Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs for security, correctness, and production readiness
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, or Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent

Preferred:
- Experience with Fast-API or Flask and strong SQL development skills
- Experience with Lang-Chain, Lang-Graph, Auto-Gen, Model Context Protocol, large language models, embeddings, and knowledge stores




- Experience developing autonomous agents using cloud-based artificial intelligence services
- Experience with model fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
- Experience with reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and multi-agent systems
- Experience deploying artificial intelligence solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Relevant certifications such as GitHub Copilot Certification (GH-300), Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, or Claude Certified Architect
