Domain: Automotive / EV / Instrument Cluster

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop embedded hardware for Instrument Cluster, Telematics and VCU.

- Design & develop schematic, component selection, BOM and PCB layouts preparation.

- CAN / CAN-FD communication interfaces.

- Integrate and debug BLE and Wi-Fi modules.

- Interface MCUs with TFT/LCD displays, LTE module, LEDs, sensors, CAN transceivers and peripherals.

- Perform board bring-up, hardware debugging and root-cause analysis.

- Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters and other hardware debug tools.

- Support EMI/EMC, ESD and hardware validation activities.

- Work closely with firmware, system, mechanical and validation teams.

Core Technical Skills

- Automotive communication: CAN, CAN-FD; LIN and Automotive Ethernet are an optional.

- Display interface : MIPI and LVDS

- Connectivity: BLE,



Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

- Knowledge: I²C, SPI, UART, GPIO, PWM, ADC.

- Display and indication: TFT/LCD, LED drivers, tell-tales and backlight control.

- Automotive MCUs: Renesas, NXP, Infineon, STM32 or equivalent.

- Power electronics: DC-DC, LDO, reverse-polarity, over-voltage/under-voltage and transient protection.

- Automotive concepts: 12 V systems, EMI/EMC, ESD, UDS basics and ISO 26262 awareness.

- Tools: Altium/Cadence/Mentor, CANoe/CANalyzer, oscilloscope and logic analyzer.

Education

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems or equivalent
