Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer Multi-Cloud / Server OS

Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage core infrastructure operations, lead server OS migration initiatives, and support the transition from Azure to GCP .

The role requires a strong combination of Windows Server/Wintel administration, multi-cloud infrastructure, networking, migration, automation, and troubleshooting . The candidate will act as a key technical escalation point for critical infrastructure and OS-level issues.

Key Responsibilities

Windows Server & Infrastructure

- Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Lead in-place and side-by-side OS upgrades with minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot critical Wintel/Windows OS, performance, patching, and server issues.
- Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, DNS, and security compliance.
- Support hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Azure GCP Migration

- Execute Azure-to-GCP workload and server migration activities.
- Perform infrastructure assessment, dependency mapping, migration planning, and cutover.
- Support GCP adoption and multi-cloud infrastructure operations.
- Work with large-scale environments supporting 200+ workloads.

Cloud & Network Engineering





- Configure and maintain Hub-and-Spoke architectures and Landing Zones.
- Manage VNet/VPC, route tables, peering, Application Gateways, and cross-cloud connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with IPSec VPN, Barracuda VPN, and cross-cloud routing.
- Implement infrastructure using Terraform.

Monitoring & Optimization

- Support infrastructure monitoring and transition to Zabbix.
- Exposure to tools such as Datadog is an advantage.
- Perform cloud cost optimization through right-sizing, disk-tier optimization, and reservation strategies.
- Support Dev, Staging, and Production environments.

Mandatory Skills
- 8 12+ years in Infrastructure Engineering / System Administration / Cloud Operations
- Strong Windows Server / Wintel Administration
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Active Directory, Entra ID, GPO, DNS, Patching
- Hands-on Azure + GCP
- Azure-to-GCP or similar cloud migration experience preferred
- Terraform
- IPSec VPN, VNet/VPC, Route Tables, Peering
- Application Gateway / Load Balancing concepts
- Hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure
- Linux fundamentals
- Monitoring tools such as Zabbix / Datadog
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA experience

Good-to-Have
- Azure-to-GCP migration experience
- On-premises-to-GCP migration
- RHCSA or strong Red Hat/Linux administration
- GCP Skilled Cloud Architect certification
- Azure VDI / Citrix / FSLogix experience
