Role & responsibilities

- Find companies that give CSR funds.

- Meet CSR Heads and donors.

- Present Gau Seva Foundation's projects.

- Prepare funding proposals.

- Follow up until funding is received.

Preferred candidate profile The competencies that matter most for this role.

- Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills

- Compelling, credible storytelling

- Solid interpersonal & trust-building skills

- Corporate & philanthropic network access

- Persistent, disciplined follow-up

- Strong results orientation

- Understanding of CSR priorities

- Ability to shape a compelling donor proposition

- PowerPoint, Excel & Google Workspace proficiency

- 3-8 years in fundraising, CSR, corporate relations, business development, institutional fundraising, philanthropy or a related field.

- Experience working with NGOs, foundations or social-sector organizations.
