Bengaluru
SOUTH – BENGALURU Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations, South – Bengaluru Vantrock Investment Managers LLP Vantrock is a multi-product real assets platform. Not a warehousing fund. Logistics and industrial is the first strategy. Office, plotted sales, land, pre-leased and yielding assets, private credit, data centres and senior living follow behind it. This seat builds the distribution network for all of it in Bengaluru, Hyderabad and the wider Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra markets.
Vantrock Investment
Managers LLP, the investment manager within Vantrock Ventures Chief Business Officer, Fundraising and Investor Relations. Until that seat is filled, directly to the Founder & CEO, who will build the franchise with the zonal team hands-on Bengaluru, in office, with twelve to fifteen travel days a month across the zone Experience: 10 to 16 years Compensation is confirmed in the offer. Vantrock is an operator-led real assets platform, and it is multi-product by design.
Real assets only. Warehousing and industrial parks are the first strategy, not the platform , across the full chain: first mile, last mile, city-centre, dark-store and self-storage formats, and logistics-anchored mixed-use with distribution below and office above. suburban campuses, GCC and back-office space, where our expertise transfers directly; and, in parallel, data centres and senior living. A candidate who reads this as a warehousing platform has read the first line and stopped.
The founder's balance sheet takes the first risk: land is acquired, de-risked and approved on his capital before any investor commits.
Vantrock Real Assets Private
Limited develops and operates; Vantrock Investment Managers LLP underwrites every asset independently and answers to an independent Investment Committee. Assets enter at cost, with no founder premium. India's largest industrial real estate exit, Rs 5,250 Cr to Blackstone; a fund platform taken from zero to about USD 1.4 billion in peak AUM in six years, two SEBI Category II funds run to a successful close,
Rs 2,775 Cr from roughly 1,000 investors through the channel, on India's first domestic warehousing AIF; 52 million sq ft delivered, 32 million as developer and 20 million as contractor; 2,000+ acres acquired, all litigation-free; Warehousing is where the founder is best known.
You would be building a channel that carries a succession of products across real assets. Industrial parks, logistics and warehousing – Office: suburban campuses, GCC and back-office space, starter and strata office – Pre-leased and yielding assets – Private credit – Data centres and senior living – That is why this is a franchise-building job rather than a product-selling job. The intended route is a seeded AIF alongside deal-by-deal co-investment through CIV, co-investment PMS and other structures, subject to approvals.
Seeded is the point: the operator puts assets in place before a fund launches, so much of the pipeline is de-risked on day one and no blind pool is raised.
Two sales in one: a fund commitment into a visible pipeline, and larger co-investment tickets into named assets. Build the distribution and IFA network across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and the wider Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra markets. Activate the RMs and advisers inside it, and convert that network into committed capital for the first strategy and into a channel that is ready when the office, plotted, land, credit and yielding strategies arrive behind it.
The platform brings an existing investor base, anchor commitments in place, and a founder known in the channel from two prior funds.
What does not yet exist is the franchise: the empanelments, the certified RMs, the joint calls.
The network. The full empanelment cycle, locally. First meeting to product committee to go-live, for both the fund and the co-investment routes.
The map, in the CRM, weekly. Investor relations in the zone after the close, with Fund Operations. Host investor evenings, partner meets and site visits, speak where the channel meets the asset class, and be a named voice of the platform on LinkedIn. 10 to 16 years in financial services, at least five in B2B or B2B2C distribution of PMS, AIF or mutual-fund products from the manufacturer's side, an AMC, alternatives manager or fund house.
Verifiable relationships with distributor product heads, national and regional distributors and the top IFA and MFD firms in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. You can name them, and they will take your call. – You have launched a product into the channel from scratch at least once, not only carried an established brand. – Third-party capital raised through the channel, stated as capital drawn, not assets influenced. – Graduate. MBA, PGDM, CA or CFA or equivalent.
Twelve to fifteen travel days a month is the job, not an exception to it. A real assets fund background.
Not mandatory: a robust alternatives channel salesperson from equity, credit or PMS is often the superior hire, because channel sales is harder to teach than an asset class. – Experience carrying more than one product line into the same channel. Co-investment tickets sold alongside a fund.
COMPENSATION AND WEALTH CREATION a fundraising incentive on the capital you personally bring in, with a team component on the platform's total raise; a share in the platform's additional returns on strategies you help close; Not an offer of, or invitation to invest in, any fund, scheme, security or interest, and not marketing of any investment product. The product lines, structures and routes described are proposed and indicative, subject to change and to all necessary SEBI and other regulatory approvals.
