Key Responsibilities

- Source and onboard investors for NCDs, bonds, PMS, real estate investment opportunities, and structured financial products.

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, corporates, NRIs, channel partners, financial advisors, and wealth-management professionals.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly fundraising targets through direct investor acquisition and partner-led distribution.

- Present investment proposals, financial projections, security structure, return expectations, tenure, risk factors, and exit mechanisms clearly to prospective investors.

- Develop a robust referral and distribution network of brokers, insurance advisors, mutual-fund distributors, wealth managers, and financial consultants.

- Coordinate with internal legal, finance, compliance, project, and management teams to ensure timely investor documentation and transaction closure.

- Support preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations,



term sheets, investment memorandums, brochures, FAQs, and campaign material.

- Maintain an active investor pipeline and track meetings, follow-ups, commitments, conversions, documentation status, and collections through CRM/MIS.

- Conduct investor meetings, site visits, webinars, partner presentations, and one-to-one investment discussions.

- Ensure all investor communication is accurate, professional, transparent, and aligned with applicable compliance requirements.

- Build long-term investor relationships for repeat investments, renewals, referrals, and future fundraising rounds.

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS covering leads, investor meetings, pipeline value, funds raised, pending documentation, and collection forecasts.
