About the Assignment

We are seeking a Functional Analyst to join the global supply chain transformation function of a leading multinational medical technology and healthcare organisation.

The organisation operates a large and complex global distribution network supporting healthcare products across multiple international markets. The wider transformation function is responsible for designing and implementing the future-state supply chain network, including the optimisation of distribution operations, development of an increasingly asset-light logistics model, strategic partner management, network design, systems strategy and the standards required to maintain strong operational performance.

This role sits within the Logistics Partner Management function and provides analytical and operational support across a global network of third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

The successful candidate will help turn operational data into meaningful insights, supporting visibility of partner performance, KPI tracking, governance activities and continuous improvement. You will work with regional teams and stakeholders across EMEA, North America, Latin America and APAC, helping to ensure consistent reporting, accurate data and effective performance management across the global logistics network.

This is a highly collaborative, data-driven role suited to someone with a background in supply chain, logistics, operations analytics, business analysis or performance reporting who enjoys working with data and translating it into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of reporting, dashboards and analytics relating to global 3PL operations and partner performance.
- Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse operational and performance data from regional teams and logistics partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators covering areas such as service levels, operational execution, governance and partner adherence to agreed standards.
- Prepare reporting packs, performance summaries and analytical insights for governance meetings and operational reviews.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities through analysis of operational and partner data.
- Maintain standardised reporting templates, tracking tools and data repositories used across the partner management function.
- Support issue tracking and follow-up activities, providing visibility of actions, risks, escalations and outstanding items.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure the consistency,



completeness and accuracy of operational reporting.
- Analyse performance trends to support continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics partner network.
- Support the standardisation and documentation of KPI definitions, reporting methodologies and analytical frameworks.
- Help improve data visibility and reporting processes across a complex global logistics environment.
- Provide analytical support to stakeholders to enable informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Manage multiple reporting and analytical priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Must-Have Requirements The successful candidate should have:

- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, business analysis, data analytics or reporting.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience working with operational data, KPIs, performance reporting or dashboards.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with and analyse large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies and performance gaps.
- Experience creating, maintaining or supporting management reports and performance dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when validating and consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively within a global, matrix organisation and collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional-level written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have Experience The following experience would be advantageous:

- Experience working within a 3PL, logistics, warehousing, transportation or distribution environment.
- Previous experience supporting 3PL partner management or supplier performance management.
- Experience within a global supply chain transformation or network optimisation programme.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, Power Query, lookups, data manipulation and reporting automation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or another business intelligence/data visualisation platform.




- Experience developing or maintaining automated dashboards.
- Experience with supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, service level, inventory, order fulfilment, transportation performance or warehouse performance.
- Experience supporting governance forums, operational reviews or structured performance management processes.
- Experience working with data from multiple countries, business units or operational systems.
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, TMS or other supply chain technology platforms.
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated industry.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics or a related field.
