Role Description The Video Editor/Conceptualiser will be responsible for designing and producing engaging video content that captures the spirit, energy, and community of BHAG CLUB. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves end-to-end video creation, including ideation, planning, shooting support, editing, and post-production. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing content ideas for social media and campaigns, organizing footage, editing videos for different platforms, and collaborating with the creative and community teams to shape visual storytelling.

The role also includes refining color, adding motion graphics and text overlays, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual content. The ideal candidate enjoys being close to the action,



is comfortable working around live events and runs, and can translate fast-paced, real-life moments into compelling digital stories.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting support, and understanding visual narratives.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Color Grading to create polished, cohesive, and visually consistent content.
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, overlays, animations, and platform-specific content.
- Ability to conceptualize content ideas, storylines, and formats tailored for social media and community-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
- Strong sense of pacing, music selection, and visual style suitable for fitness, community, and lifestyle narratives.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, and event-based schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and community teams.
- Prior experience in content creation for fitness, lifestyle, or community brands is a plus.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or related field is preferred but not mandatory if portfolio demonstrates strong skills.
