Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Integration & Middleware Engineer with strong expertise in Data Exchange, Middleware, Network Connectivity, RESTful APIs, Web Services, System Interfaces, Application Modernization, Computer Infrastructure, and System Configuration.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, modernizing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications and middleware platforms. The role requires strong experience in connecting heterogeneous systems, developing APIs and web services, troubleshooting integration issues, and supporting modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions across applications, databases, middleware platforms, and external systems.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Web Services for system-to-system integration.
- Design and manage system interfaces, data exchange mechanisms, and integration workflows.
- Configure and support middleware and application integration components.
- Analyze existing applications and interfaces and identify opportunities for application modernization.
- Support migration of legacy interfaces and applications to modern API-based and cloud-ready architectures.
- Implement data transformation, validation, routing, orchestration, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to API connectivity, middleware, network communication, interfaces, and system configuration.
- Monitor integration services and ensure availability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Work with infrastructure, network, security, application, database, and architecture teams to resolve integration issues.
- Perform application and middleware configuration, deployment, upgrades, and setting management.




- Support production deployments, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Develop technical documentation including interface specifications, API documentation, integration designs, configuration documents, and support procedures.
- Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to enterprise integration standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Support modernization initiatives involving legacy applications, APIs, middleware, and enterprise system interfaces.

Mandatory Skills

Production & Support Responsibilities
- Monitor application and middleware interfaces.
- Investigate failed transactions, API failures, connectivity issues, and integration errors.
- Perform RCA and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support production releases and environment configuration.
- Maintain system availability and integration reliability.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams during critical incidents.
- Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
