Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in full-stack development, frontend development, backend engineering, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, application development, and modern software-development practices.

The Full Stack Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar programming languages, along with React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern full-stack technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full-stack development, software engineering, software development, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Full Stack Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Frontend Developer, Frontend Engineer, Backend Developer,



Backend Engineer, Web Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Application Developer, Junior Software Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, events, state management, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and client-side application development.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript/Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, tables, relationships, joins, queries, indexes, normalization, transactions, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be advantageous.
- Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, API testing, unit testing,



or integration testing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, configuration management, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, or event-driven architecture will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, secure coding, input validation, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to application performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database optimization, scalability, reliability, or observability will be advantageous.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into functional interfaces will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, internal tools, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, reliable, maintainable, and scalable full-stack solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, full-stack project, frontend project, backend project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time full-stack development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, frontend technologies, backend technologies, and modern software-engineering practices.
