About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and technology-driven Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team and take ownership of the development, enhancement, integration, deployment, and maintenance of our websites, CRM platforms, internal business applications, and custom software solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete software development lifecycle and should have the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into reliable, scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities1.

Website

Development & Maintenance

- Develop, maintain, and enhance modern, responsive and high-performance websites.
- Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress and modern web development frameworks.
- Develop custom website functionality, APIs, integrations and dashboards.
- Optimize websites for performance, security, SEO, scalability and mobile responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website, hosting, database and integration issues.
- Manage website updates, backups, security and ongoing maintenance.

- CRM & Business Application Development
- Develop and maintain CRM, Lead Management, Sales Management, Helpdesk and other business applications.
- Build modules for lead management, sales pipeline, customer management, reporting, dashboards, notifications and workflow automation.
- Integrate applications with email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateways, ERP, accounting and other third-party systems.
- Develop REST APIs and secure integrations between different applications.
- Continuously improve existing applications based on business requirements and user feedback.

3. Custom Software Development
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop customized software applications as per organizational requirements.
- Develop web-based applications, portals, dashboards and internal business tools.
- Participate in application architecture, database design, development, testing and deployment.
- Develop scalable and maintainable software that can evolve with business requirements.

4. Software Maintenance & Support
- Troubleshoot application bugs, performance issues and production incidents.
- Perform regular updates, security patches and technology upgrades.




- Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Maintain source code, documentation, technical specifications and deployment procedures.
- Provide technical support to internal users and coordinate with external technology vendors when required.

5. Technology & Innovation
- Evaluate and implement modern development technologies, frameworks and tools.
- Stay updated with current trends in AI, automation, cloud computing, APIs, cybersecurity and modern web development.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
- Recommend technology improvements that can improve productivity, scalability and operational efficiency.
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve development productivity while maintaining code quality and security.
