About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer on the core product team, you will own customer-facing capabilities across the complete application lifecycle. You will understand finance workflows, shape technical solutions, build and test secure applications, deploy them, monitor production behavior, and continuously improve outcomes.

Using

Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern JavaScript or TypeScript, you will connect intuitive experiences with reliable APIs, business logic, databases, and AI-enabled workflow capabilities. You will partner with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to turn complex financial operations into maintainable SaaS experiences. Success means delivering trustworthy features that improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, perform reliably at scale, and create measurable value for finance teams. This role suits an engineer who makes sound technical decisions, takes ownership of customer-facing results, and cares deeply about security, performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-stack features from requirements and architecture through production release, connecting each capability to a defined finance workflow problem and measurable customer or operational outcome.
- Build secure,



scalable backend services, REST APIs, and business logic with Java and Spring Boot, maintaining reliability, maintainability, observability, and clear operational ownership.
- Develop responsive React interfaces with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS that make complex financial workflows intuitive, reduce user error, and improve processing efficiency.
- Design dependable integrations across relational and NoSQL databases, optimize queries and application performance, and preserve data integrity as transaction volumes and workflow complexity increase.
- Establish release confidence through reusable code, automated unit and integration tests, thoughtful reviews, systematic debugging, monitoring, and disciplined resolution of production issues.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to improve architecture, CI/CD, development standards, tooling, and AI-enabled capabilities used in finance operations.

Essential Skills & Technologies

- Strong hands-on Java, Spring or Spring Boot, object-oriented programming, software design, REST APIs, web services, and modern application architecture experience, with production ownership of reliable backend systems.
- Strong React and modern JavaScript experience, plus practical HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and frontend development patterns for responsive, maintainable, accessible user interfaces.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or comparable databases, Git-based workflows, automated testing, production debugging, and integration across frontend, backend, data, and operational systems.

Additional Plus

- Experience with Spring Security, Hibernate or JPA, microservices, messaging systems, Redux, MongoDB, Redis, or other technologies supporting distributed, secure, and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS, Azure, or GCP, with demonstrated attention to performance, security, observability, and operational resilience.
- Experience building SaaS products or working with fintech,



accounting, ERP, payments, financial services, AI or LLM-powered applications, or workflow automation.

What You'll Bring

- Bring 2–5 years of professional software development experience and the ability to contribute across frontend and backend systems while owning features through design, deployment, operation, and improvement.
- Combine practical Java and React expertise with strong engineering fundamentals, analytical problem-solving, and sound judgment around scalability, reliability, security, testing, maintainability, and code quality.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premium institute such as an IIT, NIIT, or BITS.
- Bring SaaS product experience where possible, especially shaping customer-facing capabilities, supporting iterative product development, and balancing technical quality with measurable business outcomes.
- Value clear communication, effective collaboration in a hybrid environment, and ownership within a fast-moving product team. Exposure to fintech or financial workflows and curiosity about applying AI to real business problems are valuable.
