Monthly take-home salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000 — up to ₹60,000, based on demonstrated capability and relevant experience. The offer will include a salary breakdown.

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday; second and fourth Saturdays off. Sundays off.

Shift timing: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Build useful integrations across application APIs, AI tools, workflow systems and user interfaces. You will combine TypeScript/Node.js and React development with MCP, tool-using agents and low-code workflows that include custom code.

You will work with a backend lead, an Android automation engineer and a browser automation engineer. The role includes improving existing interfaces, connecting reliable data to dashboards, and turning routine operational tasks into maintainable, observable workflows. Company-provided AI coding tools support development.

Responsibilities

- Build and improve TypeScript APIs, React interfaces and integrations with existing services.
- Maintain existing Python/FastAPI APIs and background jobs, with support from the backend lead on architecture and database changes.
- Implement MCP tools and agent workflows with defined inputs, permissions, failure handling and useful evaluation cases.
- Connect low-code workflows to APIs using webhooks,



authentication and custom JavaScript or Python.
- Make workflows reliable through idempotency, retries, execution logs and clear recovery behaviour.
- Build curated analytics feeds and dashboards, checking that displayed results agree with source data.
- Improve selected slow or broken frontend journeys using profiling, tests and user-facing acceptance criteria.
- Document plans before implementation and attach verification evidence to completed tasks.

Required skills and experience

- Production TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React and API integration experience.
- Working Python/FastAPI skills sufficient to diagnose, change and test existing APIs and asynchronous jobs.
- Hands-on experience shipping tool-calling AI features or MCP integrations, with the ability to explain authorisation and failure cases.
- Experience with at least one low-code workflow platform and writing the custom code needed around it.
- SQL/database fundamentals, authentication, webhooks and asynchronous processing.
- Practical testing, Git review, debugging and safe handling of credentials and sensitive data.
- Clear written English for specifications, prompts, task updates and review responses.
- Evidence of maintaining an integration after release and correcting problems based on feedback.

Experience with BI dashboards, incremental data feeds and agent evaluation is useful. You should be able to explain how a result was checked and when the system should report uncertainty or request human input.
