Role Overview

We are seeking for experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend engineering focus to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems.

The role focuses on developing cloud-native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, while maintaining hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Engineering

- Develop and support cloud-native backend platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
- Build scalable, distributed, and event-driven backend services.
- Optimize distributed workloads and support platform scalability.

Frontend Development
- Maintain hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.
- Contribute to scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions across backend and frontend components.

Reliability & Engineering Practices
- Support platform reliability, security, and performance across production systems.
- Follow engineering standards, coding practices, and quality guidelines.
- Participate in code reviews and adopt engineering best practices.

Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps,



and other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience building and operating high-scale backend systems in production.
- Solid expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
- Experience with Kafka for event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and service integration.
- Strong MongoDB expertise covering:
- Data modeling
- Indexing strategies
- Aggregation pipelines
- Performance tuning

- Experience with Redis for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization.

Additional Technical Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms – Azure preferred, with AWS or GCP also acceptable.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with API design, security, authentication, authorization, and observability.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend development.
