Role & responsibilities

Hi All,

- Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and up-to-date web technologies such as React.
- Mandatory Skills Description:• 8-12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React
- Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)
- RESTful API design and development
- Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
- React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management)

• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience building Micro frontends
- Building a React-based application from scratch
- Leading UI development
- Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring)
- Version control (Git)




- SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack

• Experience working in Copilot is a must

- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Microservices architecture

- Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Ansible)
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Testing frameworks (JUnit for Java, Jest/React Testing Library for React)
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
