Role & responsibilities:

Build and own production full-stack features end to end - Node.js services, PostgreSQL data models, and React.js interfaces - for a fast-moving fitness company running 5 businesses: Gyms, Academy, Amplify, DigiGym and Reboot.

- Ship features end to end: schema design, APIs, background jobs, React UIs, deployment.
- Write clean, performant code - Node.js, PostgreSQL, SQL and React.js - that survives real production traffic.
- Design the data layer: schema, migrations, indexes and query performance on PostgreSQL.
- Write SQL yourself - complex joins, subqueries, window functions, query plans, indexes.
- Own what you ship: monitoring, debugging, fixing - no throwing work over the wall.
- Work directly with product and ops; requirements change fast and you keep shipping.

Preferred candidate profile: HARDCORE ENGINEERING ONLY. If any of the 4 core skills is below 8/10 for you, skip this one.

WHAT WE WANT (apply only if ALL of these are true):

- Node.js, PostgreSQL, SQL, React.js - each at 8/10 or better.



You can prove it in a live interview.
- You have built and shipped production systems end to end, not just features on someone else's skeleton.
- You write complex SQL yourself - joins, subqueries, window functions, query plans - not just ORM calls.
- 3+ years of real production experience with this stack.
- Delhi NCR based; comfortable with an in-office, high-speed product team.
- You take ownership and move quick - blockers get solved, not forwarded.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT (do not apply if ANY of this is true):
- Framework tourists - depth that ends at boilerplate and tutorials.
- Frontend-only or backend-only profiles who cannot work across the stack.
- Resume-driven developers who switch jobs every year without shipping anything real.
- People who need a senior to hand them tasks - we need self-starters.
- Anyone who cannot show code or explain their own architecture decisions.
