Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our Technology team. You will be involved in designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable web applications that support lending, loan servicing, customer onboarding, and internal business operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure to Angular, Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on building secure and reliable financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement business logic and reusable services following clean and maintainable coding practices.
- Work with microservices and event-driven architecture to build scalable applications.
- Develop and integrate messaging-based solutions using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- Design and work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Integrate third-party services including payment gateways, KYC providers, credit bureaus, and other financial service APIs.
- Implement appropriate authentication, authorization, and access-control mechanisms.
- Write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, business, QA,



and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and development records.
- Follow secure coding, data protection, and software development best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Required Skills

Frontend

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Angular.
- Experience developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Understanding of frontend component design, API integration, and state/data handling.

Backend

- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on exposure to Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
- Understanding of exception handling, logging, validation, and API security.

Databases

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Redis and MongoDB.
- Understanding of database design, SQL queries, indexing, and performance considerations.

Tools & Development Practices
- Git/GitHub and version-control workflows.
- Postman for API development and testing.
- IntelliJ IDEA or equivalent Java IDE.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-based development environments is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of JWT authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Knowledge of financial systems, lending workflows, loan management,



or fintech products.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, and application security.
- Exposure to AWS and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and external service integrations.
- Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Education

- Relevant professional experience and hands-on development skills will be considered alongside academic qualifications.
