Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Data Platform Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of our next-generation data ecosystem in Gurugram. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data engineering pipelines and intuitive full-stack applications, ensuring our stakeholders have seamless access to actionable insights.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and business leaders to architect robust platforms that drive strategic decision-making. By leveraging cloud-native technologies and modern DevOps practices, you will directly influence the efficiency of our data operations and the quality of intelligence delivered to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable data platforms on AWS and Azure to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-level data processing.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end data pipelines using Snowflake to transform raw data into high-value assets for business intelligence and reporting.
- Containerize and orchestrate platform components using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent deployment cycles and environment stability.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and data visualization tools using Power BI to empower stakeholders with real-time business insights.




- Automate CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps to accelerate the delivery of features and maintain rigorous code quality standards across the stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, architectural design sessions, and best-practice sharing.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications with a deep focus on data-intensive backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage complex data ecosystems within Snowflake, including performance tuning, schema design, and cost optimization.
- Strong proficiency in containerization strategies and orchestration, specifically utilizing Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
- Advanced capability in designing intuitive data visualization solutions in Power BI that translate complex datasets into clear business narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in data engineering or full-stack development, preferably within high-growth technology environments.
- A team-oriented mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high productivity and team cohesion.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
