Full Desk BDM – US Staffing (Non-IT)

- Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
- Shift: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST | Monday - Friday
- Weekends: Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are hiring a Full Desk BDM to generate new staffing business in the US Non-IT market. The role focuses on cold calling, client acquisition, relationship building, and converting prospects into active staffing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential US clients with hiring needs.
- Understand client staffing requirements.
- Qualify leads, handle objections, and schedule client discussions.
- Communicating with clients, submitting required resumes, conducting cold calls and email outreach, and successfully securing placements.
- Follow up consistently and convert prospects into active accounts.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new hiring opportunities.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team to support client requirements.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing / B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
- US Staffing sales or recruitment business development experience is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with US clients and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM, job boards, and lead-generation tools.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
- Female candidates preferred.
