Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using Next.js and React.
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI.
- Robust understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization and ORM frameworks.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar into production applications.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for AI agents, workflows, chatbot orchestration, and multi-step reasoning.
- Experience implementing RAG, prompt engineering, guardrails, memory, and tool/function calling.
- Familiarity with Vector Databases and vector search technologies.
- Experience implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) for real-time AI chat and streaming responses.
- Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP, or Vercel.
- Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth), API security, data privacy, RBAC, and scalable system architecture.
- Finance Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, expense management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.
- Experience building AI-powered applications or automation solutions for finance-related workflows is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills with experience delivering production-ready AI applications.

Others: Fluent English (Mandatory), Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders, Experience in finance, financial data, or regulated business processes preferred.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain AI-powered web applications using Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and integrate LLM-based chatbots and AI features using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Design and develop REST APIs and AI workflows for scalable applications.
- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and real-time AI responses using WebSockets.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for finance-related business processes, including financial data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into scalable AI applications.
- Ensure AI solutions handling financial data maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, security, auditability, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
- Deploy,monitor, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
