Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end FSSAI registration, licensing, renewal, modification, and compliance projects.
- Process Basic Registration, State License, and Central License applications through the FoSCoS Portal.
- Review and verify client documents to ensure compliance with FSSAI requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, application processing, and regulatory updates.
- Prepare, submit, and track FSSAI applications until successful approval.
- Handle FSSAI notices, queries, and clarification requests from authorities.
- Ensure timely renewal and modification of existing FSSAI licenses.
- Maintain complete project documentation and compliance records.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Stay updated with the latest FSSAI regulations, notifications, and compliance requirements.
- Train and guide junior team members on FSSAI processes and documentation.
- Ensure high-quality client service through effective communication and timely project execution.

Required Skills:





- Robust knowledge of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and applicable FSSAI Regulations.
- Hands-on experience with the FoSCoS Portal.
- Knowledge of FSSAI registration, licensing, renewal, and modification procedures.
- Excellent documentation review and regulatory compliance skills.
- Strong client coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

- B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology)
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Preferred)
- Any equivalent qualification with relevant FSSAI regulatory experience

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in FSSAI Regulatory Compliance or Compliance Consultancy.
- Experience in handling FSSAI Registration, Basic Registration, State License, Central License, Renewals, Modifications, and other food regulatory compliance projects.
- Hands-on experience with the FoSCoS Portal, regulatory documentation, and client coordination.
- Experience in managing multiple compliance projects and ensuring timely execution.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
