Role Description

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in frontend engineering, web development, UI development, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, API integration, responsive applications, and up-to-date web technologies.

The Frontend Engineer will work closely with software, IT, backend, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, dashboards, internal platforms, user interfaces, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, frontend architecture, REST APIs, authentication, testing tools, cloud platforms, UI frameworks, and modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in frontend engineering, frontend development, web development, UI development, software engineering, software development, application development, or full-stack development can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Frontend Engineer, Frontend Software Engineer, Frontend Developer, UI Engineer, UI Developer, Web Developer, React Developer, Angular Developer, Vue.js Developer,



JavaScript Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Junior Frontend Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, events, state management, frontend architecture, and client-side application development.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, semantic HTML, and modern UI-development practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend build and package-management tools will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, browser developer tools, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma, or similar frontend-testing technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL,



PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial for broader application-development exposure.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, bundle optimization, image optimization, and application responsiveness will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, secure authentication, authorization, input validation, and frontend-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, or translating designs into functional interfaces will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, single-page applications, or modern web architectures will be advantageous.
- Exposure to dashboards, analytics platforms, ERP, CRM, reporting tools, internal business applications, or enterprise software will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and user requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, accessible, maintainable, scalable, and user-friendly frontend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, frontend project, React project, Angular project, Vue.js project, web-development project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time frontend-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new frontend frameworks, UI technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
