Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients, caregivers, and visitors professionally and empathetically; answer, screen, and

direct calls with confidentiality.

- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and therapy sessions; coordinate with doctors and

psychologists on scheduling changes.

- Handle patient registration, intake forms, and document verification; manage correspondence including

emails and courier.

- Give patients clear information about clinic services and policies, and handle queries with compassion.

- Keep the reception and waiting areas — and the rest of the clinic — clean, organized, and stocked; oversee

housekeeping staff.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (suppliers, electricians, plumbers, building facility manager)

and ensure utility bills are paid on time.

- Maintain accurate records of appointments, patient visits, and referrals, and handle day-to-day patient

billing records.

- Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative needs, and support clinic events as needed.





- Stay composed and follow clinic protocol when handling patients in emotional distress or facing an

emergency.

- Open the clinic each morning and ensure the reception area is ready before the first appointment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any Undergraduate or Graduate degree — Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role; healthcare setting a plus.

- Strong verbal and written communication in English; working proficiency in Hindi and Telugu.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and valuable typing speed.

- Strong organizational skills and a calm, discreet approach to confidential patient information

Special requirement: Must be the one to open the clinic each morning
