Job Responsibilities
- Handle hospital insurance claims and related documentation.
- Verify patient insurance details and policy coverage.
- Coordinate with hospital departments and insurance/TPA teams.
- Process and follow up on insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in resolving claim-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of claims.
