Horizon Physio is urgently looking for a confident, well-spoken and polished Front Office & Patient Relations Executive to be the face of our premium physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre.n

nThis is more than a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone who can create an exceptional first impression, communicate confidently with patients and enquiries, and take ownership of the front-office experience.n

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk and welcome patients professionallyn

n- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment requestsn

n- Understand patient requirements and confidently explain our servicesn

n- Follow up with prospective patients and convert enquiries into appointmentsn

n- Manage appointments, scheduling and patient coordinationn

n- Maintain accurate patient and billing recordsn

n- Coordinate smoothly with physiotherapists and the clinical teamn

n- Ensure a seamless and premium patient experience from enquiry to treatmentn

n- Handle day-to-day front-office administrationn

n

What We’re Looking For





- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone etiquetten

n- Pleasant, professional and well-groomed personalityn

n- Solid interpersonal and customer service skillsn

n- Ability to confidently handle and convert leadsn

n- Good organisational and follow up skillsn

n- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications like MS Exceln

n- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, premium wellness, clinics or customer facing roles will be an advantagen
