Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend / UI Developer Intern who is interested in building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

The primary focus of this role will be frontend development using React.js and Next.js. The candidate will work closely with the development team to build UI components, integrate APIs, fix UI issues, and improve the overall user experience.

Basic knowledge of backend technologies and development tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

Build reusable and maintainable UI components.

Convert UI designs and requirements into functional web pages.

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.

Work with the development team to identify and fix UI/functional issues.

Ensure applications work properly across different browsers and screen sizes.

Improve frontend performance, usability, and overall user experience.

Participate in code reviews and follow basic coding standards.

Learn and work with existing application architecture and development practices.

Support the team in testing and deploying frontend changes.

Required Skills

Core Skills – Frontend

Good understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.

Basic to positive knowledge of React.js.

Basic to good knowledge of Next.js.

Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.





Understanding of responsive web design.

Knowledge of reusable components and basic frontend architecture. Basic understanding of API integration and handling JSON responses.

Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.

Additional / Basic Knowledge The candidate should have basic familiarity with:

Fast API or backend API concepts.

MongoDB and basic database concepts.

Docker and basic container concepts.

REST APIs and HTTP methods.

Understanding of how frontend, backend, and database components work together.

These are not expected to be advanced skills for this internship. Basic understanding and willingness to learn are sufficient.

Preferred Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Personal projects, academic projects, or GitHub repositories demonstrating frontend development are a plus.

Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices. Ability to work collaboratively with developers and other team members.
