As a Front End Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise‑grade web applications and digital platforms. You will build scalable, responsive, and mobile‑first applications, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality solutions within Agile environments. This role involves developing reusable UI components, integrating enterprise APIs, contributing to architectural discussions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in accessibility, performance, security, and modern frontend engineering.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications, portals, and digital solutions.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components aligned with enterprise standards.
- Develop responsive and mobile‑first web applications across devices and screen sizes.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, user‑friendly front‑end solutions.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise backend services.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility (WCAG), usability, and performance standards.
- Contribute to application modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.




- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams across global locations.

Experience

- You have 6+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development.
- You have proven experience delivering large‑scale enterprise applications and customer‑facing digital solutions.
- You have experience building enterprise portals, workflow applications, administrative platforms, dashboards, and customer self‑service applications.
- You have solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- You have banking and financial services domain experience (preferred).

Technical Expertise

- You have strong frontend expertise in Angular, React.js, TypeScript (advanced), JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS.
- You have experience in UI & UX development, mobile‑first design, responsive web application development, enterprise portal development, reusable UI component development, cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UI performance optimisation.
- You have integration and architecture expertise in REST API integration, state management concepts,



and component‑based architecture.
- You have DevOps and development tool expertise in Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, and Confluence.
- You have preferred skills in Vue.js, Ionic Framework, React Native, Node.js, micro‑frontend architecture, design systems, component libraries, mobile application development, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
