Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 2 years of skilled experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

You will work closely with backend engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build intuitive and reliable user experiences. We also actively leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity, accelerate development, simplify repetitive tasks, and maintain high code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- UI Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into clean, reusable, maintainable, and pixel-accurate frontend components.

- Component Architecture: Build reusable components and establish scalable frontend architecture that can support growing products and teams.

- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks, optimize rendering, bundle sizes, API usage, and overall application performance.

- AI-Assisted Development: Effectively use modern AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools for code generation, component development, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and improving development workflows.

- API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services efficiently while handling loading states, errors, authentication, and edge cases appropriately.

- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following established frontend engineering practices.

- Code Reviews:



Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining consistent coding and architectural standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with modern frontend technologies, performance practices, development tools, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Required

Technical Skills

- Core Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript.

- Frameworks & Libraries: Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.

- Frontend Architecture: Understanding of component-driven architecture, reusable components, hooks, state management, and frontend application architecture.

- State Management: Experience with Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar state management solutions.

- API Integration: Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data and application state.

- Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive layouts, CSS, modern styling approaches, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Version Control: Git and GitHub.

- AI-Assisted Development: Experience using AI coding and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, v0, or similar tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and other Next.js rendering strategies.

- Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks.

- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.





- Understanding of web performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.

- Experience working with analytics, monitoring, or frontend error-tracking tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2 years of professional experience in frontend development.

- Strong understanding of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, and modern frontend development practices.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and the ability to build interfaces that work across different screen sizes and devices.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend REST APIs.

- Good understanding of browser behavior, asynchronous programming, and frontend performance optimization.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for UI details and user experience.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional engineering team.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and adopt modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development workflows.

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to take features from development through testing, deployment, and production support.
