We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team at Brookefield, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the gym’s front desk and handle member enquiries
- Welcome and assist members and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, walk-ins, and membership-related queries
- Maintain member records and update basic CRM/database information
- Support membership registrations, renewals, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure a smooth member experience
- Assist with basic administrative and front-desk activities

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred




- Ability to interact comfortably with members and prospective customers
- Experience in a gym, fitness centre, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage
- Passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude
