Job Roles :

· Assist in Reviewing provider documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes according to HCC / E&M; coding guidelines.

· Assist in Validating medical record documentation to ensure diagnoses are supported per CMS and payer standards.

· Ensure coding accuracy to support Medicare Advantage, ACA, and other risk-adjusted health plans.

· Stay up to date with HCC / E&M; model changes, coding guidelines, and compliance requirements.

· Assist with audits, quality reviews, and coding validation initiatives.

· Maintain coding accuracy, productivity benchmarks, and HIPAA compliance.

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate profile :





Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Effective communication skills for provider queries and education.

Ability to work independently and as part of a coding team.

Job Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree in any life science stream.

· With at least 2 to 3 months course in Medical coding

· Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding, risk adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC), and documentation requirements.

· Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and coding software.

· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance awareness.
