TERRITORY MANAGER – PHARMA SALES

Job Responsibilities

- Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with doctors and key customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and develop business within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular doctor calls, hospital visits and product presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage.
- Manage distributors/stockists and ensure product availability in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily call reports, sales reports and territory records.
- Execute company marketing and promotional strategies effectively.

Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply with strong communication and willingness to build a career in pharma sales.




- Candidates with 1–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred.
- Experience in Critical Care, Derma, Hospital, Specialty or Pharma Sales will be an advantage.
- Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm or relevant graduate qualification.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of the Pune pharmaceutical market will be an added advantage.
