About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Aundh, Pune. The role involves assisting international customers through a blended support process that includes Email, Chat, and Voice.

Freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be comfortable working in a US night shift and working from our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Email, Chat, and Voice.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow established processes.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet assigned quality and productivity standards.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Positive written and spoken English communication is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
