French Team Leader Hiring

? Position: Team Leader (French)

? Company: The Language Skool

? Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

? Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

⏳ Experience: 4+ years

? Working Days: Monday – Saturday

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HOD in managing the department and trainers
- Coordinate trainer schedules and batches
- Monitor trainer performance and class quality
- Conduct trainer interviews and demo classes
- Handle trainer/student concerns and feedback
- Support curriculum and training activities
- Prepare reports and MIS
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of online classes and batches

? Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of teaching experience in the French language




- Must have proven experience in academic administration/department management
- Must have DELF B1/B2 Certification or DALF C1
- Bachelor's degree in French or related field preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience

-Robust communication and leadership skills -Team/trainer management experience

-Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

-Language Training or EdTech experience preferred
