Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase retail store footfalls through effective marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through cutting-edge solutions.

- Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform product offerings and promotions.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high levels of quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on Retail Operations or Sales.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably).

- PG Diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent qualification.

- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis.
