Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer / Consultant with 8+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud. The candidate should have strong implementation experience across data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Configure Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, data mappings, and data transformations.
- Implement Identity Resolution and create unified customer profiles.
- Develop Calculated Insights and customer segments.
- Configure activation targets and activate customer data across Salesforce and external platforms.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, APIs, and external data sources.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion, mapping, identity resolution, and activation issues.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and US client teams.
- Participate in solution design, deployment, technical reviews, and production support.

Mandatory Skills




- Should have 8+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- Should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, configuration, and development.
- Should have practical experience with Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, Data Mapping, and Data Ingestion.
- Should have hands-on experience in Identity Resolution and Unified Customer Profiles.
- Should have experience developing Calculated Insights, Segmentation, and Activation Targets.
- Should have experience integrating Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems using APIs, connectors, or MuleSoft.
- Should have a robust understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, data transformation, and data governance.
- Should have robust troubleshooting skills for Data Cloud ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, and activation issues.
- Should have good client-facing communication skills and be comfortable working with US clients.
