Job Overview Choose how you want to work and earn! We are seeking independent Freelance Sourcing Partners to expand our property listing portal.

You can choose to work 100% online from home via phone calls OR visit builders and property owners directly on the field .

There are no fixed targets, no login trackers, and no office reporting. Your goal is simply to pitch our premium property listing packages (starting at ₹5,000) to landlords, property owners, and builders looking to sell or rent their properties faster.

With a flat 30% commission , you take home a minimum of ₹1,500 for every single package sold and get paid every Friday . Earning Potential Example

- Sell 1 Package per day (₹5,000 value) = Earn ₹1,500 daily
- Sell 25 Packages a month = Earn ₹37,500 monthly
- Sell higher-value premium packages to pocket even larger payouts!

Choose Your Working Style

- Option 1: Work-From-Home (Online/Telecalling): Use your phone and laptop to call property owners listed on public domains, social media, or your network.



Pitch the package and close deals entirely online.
- Option 2: On-Field Sales (Direct Meetings): Visit construction sites, builder offices, or residential societies in your city. Meet developers and landlords face-to-face to onboard multiple properties at once.

- Find property owners, landlords, or builders who want to sell or rent out their properties fast.
- Pitch our premium portal packages (starting at ₹5,000) to get them maximum buyer/tenant inquiries.
- Collect property details, high-quality images, and dimensions, then upload them onto our platform.
- Ensure the client completes the online payment to instantly secure your 30% commission.

Requirements And Qualifications

- Assets: Must own a smartphone (and a laptop if working online from home).
- Skills: Solid convincing power, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience: Open to all! Prior experience in real estate, insurance, credit cards, or direct field sales is a major plus.
- Language: Fluency in your local regional language or Hindi/English.
