We’re looking for a creative video editor who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping social media content. The goal is to craft short, engaging videos that grab attention within seconds — no over-the-top effects, just clean, energetic storytelling that fits each platform’s vibe.

What You’ll Do:

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging clips for Instagram Reels and YouTube
- Trim unnecessary parts and tighten pacing for maximum impact
- Add smooth transitions, captions, and light sound design
- Balance color and audio for a professional look and sound
- Export clean MP4s optimized for platform specs:
- Instagram Reels: Vertical (1080 × 1920, ≤60s)
- YouTube: 16:9 format (length varies)
- Collaborate on quick feedback loops and deliver final cuts within 2 days per video

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling,



and social media trends

✅ Experience editing Reels, Shorts, or TikToks

✅ Proficiency in any major editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)

✅ Reliable, responsive, and able to work rapid without sacrificing quality

✅ Creative eye for detail — you know what makes a video “clicky”
