Argyle HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Trainer for a training assignment with a leading organisation in the Ports & Material Handling sector.

The trainer should have robust hands-on experience in electrical maintenance of port/material-handling equipment, particularly cranes and associated electrical/control systems. The role involves delivering practical, application-oriented maintenance training to technical personnel working in port operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in electrical maintenance. Candidates having experience in ports, container terminals, material-handling facilities, heavy engineering or similar industrial environments will be preferred.

Essential Technical Exposure:



Candidates should have practical knowledge/exposure to:

- RTG Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes
- STS – Ship-to-Shore Cranes
- Quay Cranes / QC
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of cranes
- PLC – Programmable Logic Controllers
- Conveyor belt systems and material-handling equipment
- Electrical control systems, motors, drives, panels and associated equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Use of multimeter, Megger/insulation resistance tester and other electrical testing instruments
- Electrical fault identification, troubleshooting and maintenance practices
- Electrical safety practices relevant to heavy equipment/port operations
- Exposure to refrigerated containers (Reefer Containers) would be an advantage
