Role Description The Freelance Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Trainer will deliver hands-on, curriculum-based training to school-age learners in Jabalpur. This is a part-time, on-site role that involves planning and conducting interactive sessions in robotics and AI, guiding learners through projects, and demonstrating real-world applications of these technologies. The trainer will prepare learning materials, set up and use robotics equipment safely, and provide clear explanations and troubleshooting support during workshops and classes.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with school staff,



assessing learner progress, giving constructive feedback, and documenting session outcomes. The trainer will also help refine activities and modules to keep content engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with OLL.co’s skill-focused learning approach.

Qualifications

- Hands-on skills in robotics, including experience with Robot operation and basic programming concepts.
- Applied knowledge of Robotic Welding and industrial robotics processes, with the ability to explain practical use cases to learners.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting for robotics and AI training kits, sensors, and related hardware.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance for robotics equipment to ensure protected and reliable classroom use.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in STEM, robotics, or AI, preferably with school-age learners.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Comfort working on-site in school or lab environments and collaborating with educators and administrators in Jabalpur.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, computer science, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to manage part-time, freelance schedules and deliver sessions consistently and punctually.
