We are looking for an experienced Paid Media freelancer to own and grow paid media strategies across multiple channels. This role combines hands-on campaign management, strategic planning, performance analysis, client leadership, and team development.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Strategy & Execution

- Develop, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Google Shopping, programmatic, and CTV .
- Work across different campaign types, including search, performance-focused campaigns, shopping, lead generation, retargeting, and audience-led campaigns.
- Develop audience strategies, bidding strategies, campaign structures, budgets, and testing frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with changes in paid media platforms, automation, AI-driven campaign capabilities, privacy changes, and emerging advertising opportunities.

Performance Measurement & Analytics
- Define and monitor KPIs aligned with client and business objectives.
- Analyse metrics such as ROAS,



CPA, conversion rates, incremental lift, qualified leads/pipeline, and customer acquisition costs .
- Go beyond platform-reported performance and evaluate the quality and incrementality of results.
- Work with analytics and data teams to improve measurement frameworks and attribution.
- Configure, review, and audit tracking across tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, enhanced conversions, consent management, and first-party data solutions .
- Use reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or equivalent platforms .
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple platforms.
- Solid hands-on experience with at least three of the following:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Google Shopping
- Programmatic advertising
