Griffinmark Robotics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Freelance PCB Designer with 1–2 years of relevant experience to support the design and development of PCBs for automation and embedded electronic systems.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop PCB schematics and layouts based on project requirements.
- Convert electronic schematics into production-ready PCB layouts.
- Perform component placement, routing, and power/ground plane design.
- Design single-layer, double-layer, and multi-layer PCBs as required.
- Work with microcontrollers, sensors, motor drivers, communication interfaces, and power circuits.
- Prepare Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place files, drill files, and fabrication drawings.
- Select suitable electronic components based on technical requirements, availability, and cost.
- Review PCB designs for manufacturability and assembly requirements.
- Support PCB prototyping, testing, debugging, and design modifications.
- Troubleshoot PCB design-related issues and implement required revisions.
- Coordinate with Electronics, Embedded, Mechanical, and Robotics teams.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of PCB design files.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in PCB Design.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or equivalent PCB design software.




- Valuable understanding of schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, connectors, and power circuits.
- Basic understanding of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS485, or USB.
- Ability to read and understand electronic schematics and component datasheets.
- Basic knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in embedded systems, or industrial electronics.
- Experience in power management
- Experience designing PCBs for motor control, sensors, or embedded applications.
- Experience coordinating with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.

Qualifications Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of relevant PCB design experience.
